After-builders clean
Removing fine cement dust, paint splashes, glue and silicone. The work that turns a finished building site into a home you can live in.
Building work leaves behind a cement dust that settles into everything and comes back two or three times over. A damp cloth will not shift it: it takes filtered industrial vacuuming, several passes, and knowing how to lift paint and silicone without damaging what is underneath.
This is the job we are most often called in for after someone has tried it themselves over a weekend. The difference is the equipment and the order of work: top to bottom, vacuuming before any water, and repeat passes with a gap in between for the dust to settle.

Questions about this service
Can you come before the work is completely finished?
We would advise against it. If there is still painting or fitting to do, the dust comes straight back. Best to come after the last job — and we will do a second pass if it is genuinely needed.
Do you take away rubble?
We take small offcuts and packaging. Building rubble — cement bags, broken tiles, timber — has to be cleared by the contractor before we arrive.
How long until I can move in?
The same day. When we leave, the place is ready to live in.
