Regular cleaning
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. The same team, the same day, the same standard — without explaining everything again at every visit.
The value of regular cleaning is not in any single visit — it is in never having to think about it again. A day and a time are agreed, it is always the same team, and after two or three visits they already know where you keep the products and what you like done first.
The right frequency depends on the house and on who lives in it. A couple out at work all day may be fine with a fortnightly clean. A family with children and pets probably wants weekly. We help you decide on the first visit — and you can change it whenever you like.
What is included
- Every room: vacuuming, washing floors and dusting
- Kitchen: worktops, sink, outside of appliances
- Bathrooms: toilets, shower, mirrors and disinfecting
- Changing bed linen, if agreed
- Light tidying and taking out the rubbish
- A heads-up when a product is running out
Questions about this service
Do I get a discount as a regular client?
Yes. Recurring work costs less than a one-off, and the more frequent it is the bigger the discount. It is set out in the quote.
What if I do not need it one week?
Let us know 48 hours ahead and we skip that visit at no cost. This is a relationship, not a rigid contract.
Is it always the same person?
That is the intention and it is what happens almost every time. If someone is on holiday or off sick, we tell you before a different face turns up.
