A small company that treats every home as if it were the only one.
We are three partners and a team of cleaning professionals, with more than 300 jobs done since 2024 across Madeira. We clean for people who want the work done properly and explained — not an invoice with surprises at the end.
How it started
It came out of a simple frustration.
Anyone who has hired a cleaner on the island knows the pattern: a price over the phone without anyone having seen the place, a job left half done, and a final figure different from the one agreed.
Wash Elite was set up to do the opposite. Every quote is worked out from what the job actually takes — how many hours, which products, which machines, what it costs to get there. The client sees that sum and decides with the facts in hand.
We invested early in serious professional equipment — hot water extraction for upholstery, pressure washers for outdoors, industrial vacuums for after-builders work — because some jobs simply cannot be done well without the right machines.
How we work
Four principles we do not negotiate.
The price is agreed up front
We itemise the quote — hours, equipment, travel — and that is what you pay. If something turns up during the work that changes the price, we stop and talk to you before carrying on.
More than 300 jobs since 2024
Homes, holiday lets, offices, shops and apartment blocks, all over the island. Not whoever happens to be free: on regular work, it is always the same team.
We say what we can actually do
If a stain is not going to come out, we say so beforehand. If a job needs a specialist firm, we point you to one. We would rather lose the work than promise what we cannot deliver.
A method suited to the island
Damp, mould and salt are not fixed by scrubbing harder. They are fixed with the right product, the right equipment and knowing how to dry properly. That is where we gain both time and results.
