Cleaning an apartment block is a matter of routine done well: stairs, hall, lift, garage and bin store, always on the same day and always to the same standard. The management gets one invoice a month and nothing else to handle.
We work with managing agents and with blocks run by the residents themselves. Either way, there is a written plan setting out what gets done on each visit.

How often is it worth having?
In a small block, once a week is usually enough. With many residents or a garage, two or three times. We assess it on the visit.
Do you do annual contracts?
Yes, and there is a discount for annual contracts. We also work month by month if the management would rather try it out first.
